What an Instructor Would Be Doing at the Institute
Based on your requirements, an instructor at the Great Commission Theological Institute performs a hybrid role that bridges marketing and pedagogical management. Their daily workflow likely involves:
Front-End Recruitment: They act as the "face" of the institute, explaining the curriculum to prospective students and guiding them through the registration process on your portal.
Mentorship in a Distance Environment: Because you are a distance learning college, the instructor must be proactive in "assisting" students—this means responding to queries, providing study tips, and maintaining motivation for students who are learning remotely.
Academic Administration: This is the "backend" work—grading work, updating the LMS, and finalizing report cards. This role is vital for maintaining the accreditation standards you manage, as accurate record-keeping is essential for institutional validation.
